Warranty Requires Consistent Preventive Care
Sealants
Sealants have a repair or replacement warranty of 2 years from the initial treatment. If decay is present on the chewing surface requiring a filling, we will refund your portion paid or apply said portion as a credit toward the filling.
Retainer (Essix) Trays
Removable orthodontic retainers, also known as essix trays are warrantied for 5 years from the date of initial delivery.
Night Guards and Sleep Appliances
We warranty night guards and sleep appliances (Sleep apnea and snore guards) for 5 years from the date of initial delivery, if they need repair due to normal use. Damage or breakage due to accidents (such as being eaten by your pet), are not covered.
Fillings
If a filling is the recommended treatment of choice, we will replace or repair it in the event of a failure for a period of 2 years. This warranty is not valid if a filling was done as an alternative to recommended treatment; for example, a large filling was done when a crown was recommended.
Space Maintainers
If a space maintainer fails within 2 years of the initial seating of the appliance, we will re-cement or replace the space maintainer if the appliance is still required.
Root Canals
If there is recurrence of infection within 2 years of the initial treatment, making additional treatment necessary, we will refund your portion paid or apply said portion as a credit toward future recommended treatment.
Crowns and Bridges
Crowns and bridges have a 5-year warranty against fracture from the date of initial placement. Decay, breakage, or fracture of the natural tooth supporting the restoration is not covered by this 5-year warranty.
Dentures and Partials
We warranty dentures and partials for 5 years, if they need repair due to normal use. Breakage due to accidents (such as dropping your denture or a pet chewing your denture), are not covered.
Implants
At RiverWest Dental, we stand by the quality of our dental implants. We provide a 5-year limited warranty against implant fracture, once the implant has fully healed. This warranty applies only to the implant material itself and does not cover complications related to gum disease or other health conditions after healing.

Garantizamos los protectores nocturnos durante 5 años a partir de la fecha de entrega inicial, si necesitan reparación debido al uso normal. Los daños o roturas debido a accidentes (como que su mascota se los coma), no están cubiertos.
Los Rellenos
Si un relleno es el tratamiento de elección recomendado, lo reemplazamos o reparamos en caso de falla por un período de 2 años. Esta garantía no es válida si se realizó un relleno como alternativa al tratamiento recomendado; por ejemplo, se hizo un empaste grande cuando se recomendó una corona.
Las Endodoncias
Si hay una recurrencia de la infección dentro de los 2 años del tratamiento inicial, lo que hace necesario un tratamiento adicional, le reembolsaremos la parte pagada o aplicaremos dicha parte como un crédito para el tratamiento recomendado en el futuro.
Las Coronas y Puentes
Las coronas y puentes tienen una garantía de 5 años contra fractura a partir de la fecha de colocación inicial. Las caries, rotura o fractura del diente natural que soporta la restauración no está cubierta por esta garantía de 5 años.
Las Placas y Parciales
Garantizamos las placas y parciales por 5 años, si necesitan reparación debido al uso normal. Roturas por accidentes (como dejar caer su placa o una mascota masticando su dentadura postiza), no están cubiertos.
Mantenedor de Espacio
Si un mantenedor de espacio falla entre los 2 años a partir de la fecha de la puesta inicial, recementamos o reemplazamos el mantenedor de espacio si todavía es requerido.
Los Implantes
En RiverWest Dental respaldamos la calidad de nuestros implantes dentales. Ofrecemos una garantía limitada de 5 años contra fractura del implante, una vez que el implante haya sanado por completo. Esta garantía se aplica únicamente al material del implante y no cubre complicaciones relacionadas con la enfermedad de las encías u otras condiciones de salud posteriores a la cicatrización.
